Meet the Attorneys
Joseph or “Joe” Callow is currently a partner with Callow & Utter LLC. He was formerly a partner and Co-Practice Group Leader of the KMK Litigation Group. He primarily focuses on class action and complex commercial litigation. Furthermore Joe also has extensive experience in securities, ERISA, antitrust, and general corporate and business litigation. Joe has represented notable clients like Cincom Systems, Inc., Fifth Third Bank, and LSI Industries, Inc., and actively contributes to legal alerts, blog posts, and CLE seminars. His previous roles in KMK’s E-Discovery Litigation Support Group and Cybersecurity & Privacy Team demonstrate his all-around legal expertise and commitment to innovation within the field.
Greg, on the other hand, has been a relentless advocate for his clients for over 30 years. A partner at Callow & Utter LLC, Greg’s practice is concentrated in the areas of class action, multi-district litigation, complex commercial litigation, and personal injury. His significant trial experience in state and federal courts across the U.S. is testament to his skill and dedication. Whether representing plaintiffs or defendants in commercial, employment, shareholder derivative, tort, or contract disputes, Greg’s work reflects a blend of vast experience and ethical adherence.
